I owned my Inglewood condo for 16 years. I purchased low and when the time came when I could sell high, I was living abroad. How could I sell my condo while not being in the country to facilitate on my behalf? How would I find a reliable agent to represent my best interest? In so many cases I turn to Google to answer my questions, so that's what I did: I GOOGLED IT!

I went to a site that claimed that they'd connect me with the best agents in the area. I was skeptical, but after considering my options, I decided to give it a try. Several agents called, but Charles Adeyeba quickly became the frontrunner because of his enthusiasm and self confidence. He was positive that he could sell my place at a great price in an reasonable amount of time. Again, I was skeptical. He listended to my concerns which were 1. I live in a time zone that is nine hours ahead of California. I needed a salesperson who would be considerate of that time difference and respect the fact that all of our conversations would have to take place before noon in California. 2. I had a tenant living in the condo who was in the process of moving out, but who was not sure when she planned to be completely out. 3. That tenant had lived in the place for ten years which meant that there would be extensive renovation to be done to prepare for the sale.

All of this would have to happen without me, the owner of the property to move the process along so that it wouldn't cost me extra mortgage, extra costs associated with the renovation.

Little did I know that when I chose Charles as my agent, he would take care of EVERYTHING!! When I asked if he would be willing to Skype with me to discuss his strategy he was all for it. (He told me later that he had never used Skype and that his wife had to set it up on his phone.) Soon, we were moving forward. Charles would email me when he had questions "after hours" and we'd Skype almost daily at 7 pm my time.

My skepticism soon turned to amazement when each day he'd tell me things about my tenant, my homeowner's association, my neighbors, and the crew that I hired to get the place ready for potential buyers. Under Charles' watchful eye, I got top notch results at a very reasonable price. When Charles thought that the crew was ripping me off, he emailed me immediately and I was able to contact the supervisor to intervene. It was great.

Once the work was done, Charles set up an open house, "but," he told me, "I won't be able to call you tomorrow to discuss the results because my wife is going to have twins. I'll call you the day after tomorrow." "WHAT?!" I thought. Wow, this guy is so dedicated. Nothings gets in the way of a sale--not even twins! Two days later, I talked to Charles and he told me that there had been 14 offers on my property. However, I found that my main concern was for his wife and family. Though the birth had been difficult, he assured me that his wife was resting comfortably. I knew that I had made a friend for life.

The entire process took six weeks. I sold my place for almost triple the price of what I paid for it and all on line. It was a divine experience for which I will be forever grateful. Would I recommend Charles Adeyeba? Absolutely!

When trying to sell your home you always think to yourself how do I go about selling this home and how do I determine which real estate professional to best help me achieve this sell in a timely manner.   2. That this was going to be a stress limited transaction for me. He stated I will filter all stress from this transaction, and all you have to do is sign documents to close.

 

Once the listing was active I had multiple offers and Charles went out of his way on various times to ensure that I was informed and updated on all aspect of the transaction. The transaction had various challenging parts to it, but as Charles was true to his word, he made it all look like a walk in the park.
